There's nothing like waiting until the day before halloween to buy and carve pumpkins! "Why?" you ask. Well, let's just say it makes for three panicked kids. After trying two grocery stores, we lucked out when we found a pumpkin patch at St. Richard's episcopal church. We found other families there in their own eleventh hour quest for the perfect pumpkin. After returning home with three pumpkins, we went to work carving them into jack o'lanterns. Halloween 2007 was saved!!
